September, the first month of the year that ends in "ber", the start of Christmas season for Filipinos in the Philippines and I'm sure elsewhere. For Pinoys of all ages, it is the most awaited festive atmosphere!

I'm listing up some of the most anticipated attractions in and outside Metro Manila...

Mall of Asia in Pasay City - check out their arcade, the biggest in the country, a paradise for children. Watch out for the spectacular fireworks by the bay. And don't miss the dancing fountain.

Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna - aside from the usual rides and attractions, experience their artificial snowfall.

Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan - the new home of the traditional COD animated Christmas display. Watch the automated mechanical show, accompanied by colorful lights and delightful sounds.

Policarpio Street in Mandaluyong City - a Wonderland of Lights! Walk along the street lighted by thousands of flickering Christmas lights wrapped around houses, gates, and trees. 

Casa Santa Museum in San Isidro, Antipolo - a house filled with an assortment of over 2,000 Santa Claus items.

Araneta Coliseum, Cubao - don't miss the enchanting Giant Christmas Tree of the Big Dome.
 
San Fernando, Pampanga - the Christmas Capital of the Philippines.  It showcases the Christmas lanterns made by the skilled craftsmen of San Fernando. Join the Giant Lantern Festival, a one of a kind parade of giant Christmas lanterns with awesome interplays of colorful lights to the tune of Christmas songs.

To Blog Again...

Another day, just another ordinary day by the look of it - no hostage drama, no coup d’etat, no typhoon, no boxing match, no beauty pageant, no volcanic eruption, no massacre, no impending national disaster…

So without the possibility of any eventful distraction, I’m off to court today to make a follow up on my annulment case that has been dragging on for three years now. Maybe it is no coincidence that I'm starting to blog again this fateful day.

Court battles are nothing new to me, I have had my share. In papers, I won most of them. But in reality, they have been successful in reducing my faith in our judicial system to almost nil. Hanging on the edge of doubt and clutching on a glimmer of hope, it took me more than ten years from the collapse of my marriage to start an annulment proceeding. Up to this day, nothing has changed.

I am just one small voice but there was a time I reached out and made a difference through my blogs. I'm coming back as I retrace and continue my journey through life. I'll gather my thoughts and experiences and weave them together. I'll write again.
